            This accreditation decision represents the highest level of accreditation that can be awarded to an organization and shows substantial conformance to the CARF rigorous standards. CARF assessments look specifically at the individualized nature of care — seeking to prove that programs have been developed to meet the needs of the children, instead of the children being funneled into programs that seem to fit.
